Getting Around

Self Drive
From Brisbane, travel along the D’Aguliar Highway via Kilcoy or the Brisbane Valley Highway via Esk to Blackbutt, Yarraman and Nanango, or travel along the Bruce and Wide Bay Highways via Gympie and Kilkivan.

From the Sunshine Coast and the Fraser Coast, travel along the Bruce Highway and take the Wide Bay Highway turn-off to Kilkivan, which is 13 kilometres north of Gympie.

From Toowoomba, travel along the Country Way (New England highway) through Cooyar and Yarraman, or via The Great Bunya Drive (Warrego and Bunya Highways) through Dalby and Bell to Kingaroy.

By Coach
Brisbane Bus Lines run a daily service to the South Burnett.  Greatway Coaches operate from Gympie to Toowoomba via the South Burnett, Sunday to Friday.

By Air
Kingaroy, Wondai and Murgon have all-weather airports with night lighting available for charter or private aircraft.
