Wondai - Boondooma Loop

This is a half-day to full-day drive, depending on length of stops along the way.  It incorporates small townships and villages as well as a diversity of rural landscapes.  It can be travelled in either direction; however, an alternative, shorter drive is simply a return trip via Proston to Lake Boondooma.

Distance: The round trip is approximately 260 kilometres, including the offshoots to Lake Boondooma and Boondooma Homestead. 
Road Conditions: The road is sealed bitumen all the way, but does narrow in places with some rougher edges, especially between Proston and Jack Coe Park.
