Nanango Shire DriveThe Nanango region is steeped in history and this route follows the D’Aguilar Highway with offshoots to historical and natural points of interest, including Yarraman, Blackbutt, Taromeo, the Benarkin State Forest and Nanango itself. Side trips include a forest drive and a river drive with swimming opportunities. Learn how coal is converted to electricity and seek out “Hannibal”, the dragline bucket.
